Ag Valley Co-op held its 72nd Annual Meeting

Ag Valley Co-op's 72nd Annual Meeting and 2025 Annual Report

Ag Valley Cooperative, Non-Stock held its 72nd Annual Meeting on December 10 in Curtis, Nebraska, where members reviewed cooperative performance, heard financial updates, and elected members to the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, Ag Valley Cooperative reported that $2 million was allocated to net savings. Financial results reflected a six-month fiscal year, following the cooperative’s transition to a new fiscal year end of August 31. Leadership noted that despite the shortened fiscal period, the cooperative remained financially strong and well positioned for the future.

Members also participated in the election of the Board of Directors through mail in ballot. In the East Region, Darren Warner and Mitchell Schultz were candidates, with Darren Warner re-elected. In the Central Region, LaVern Banzhaf and Heath Ruf ran for the board, with LaVern Banzhaf re-elected. In the North Region, Todd Hartley ran unopposed, and in the Northwest Region, Doug Snyder ran unopposed.

Ag Valley Cooperative leadership expressed appreciation to its members, employees, and board for their continued support and dedication. The cooperative remains focused on serving its members across its grain, agronomy, energy, and feed operations while building for long-term success.
