Tier Requirements

You may enroll in the program starting 9/01/2026. Enrollment is the first step toward earning rewards. After
enrolling, purchases and grain settlements move you toward tiers where points begin to accumulate. You must
reach the Bronze tier minimum before points are earned. You will be earning points 9/01/2026 – 8/31/2027. The
points earned during this period will be eligible to redeem starting 9/01/2027.

Your tier on 8/31/2027 secures your starting level in the next season. By maintaining or increasing activity, you’ll
continue unlocking rewards and benefits. If activity decreases, your tier will adjust accordingly. Points may be
redeemed 9/1/2027 through 8/31/2028, and unused points will be forfeited.

Ag Valley Rewards FAQs

What is Ag Valley Rewards?

Ag Valley Rewards lets you earn points for purchases you’re already making with us. Think of it as a way to get more value for your business. As you earn points, you can apply them toward future purchases, lowering your account balance and rewarding your loyalty.

Each account can be enrolled separately. When enrolling, you’ll choose whether that account can both earn and redeem points, or just earn points. To qualify for multiple accounts earning rewards, accounts must be registered as LLCs or S-Corps.

Each account can only be enrolled once. Whoever enrolls first sets whether the account can redeem points or only earn them. Everyone linked to that account will still see point activity in their portal.

You may redeem points 9/1/27-8/31/28. Points must be redeemed through the Ag Valley Portal on invoice balances. You’ll see the adjustment reflected on your balance.

Points earned will have a value that you can apply toward future payments. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. 100 points = $1.

Enrollment is quick and easy! Just log into your customer portal and follow the prompts to join. If you’d like help, our team can also assist with enrollment.

No problem. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll help fix the issue.

You won’t get an email notification, but you can view your points any time in your customer portal.

Points are based on:

  • Invoices paid (dollars spent on purchases)
  • Grain bushels settled (corn, soybeans,
    wheat, and milo)

As your business with us grows, you’ll move into higher tiers. Higher tiers mean more points per dollar or bushel.

Yes, your points reset to 0 each year. However, you’ll start the next year at the same tier you finished, so your loyalty keeps building. If you don’t maintain it, you will revert to a lower tier.

Please allow up to 10 business days after purchase or settlement for points to appear in your portal.
